Recently read: Kithen Confidential: Adventures from the Cultural Underbelly. Well, skimmed it really. I am not sure I leanred so much about the culinary underbelly, except that it kind of made me want to take Heroin. Literally. Anthony Bourdain was actually addicted to heroin for a while. I think it actually made his job more fun. Other than that he just kind of bragged about how awesome he is. I guess what I learned is that I am certainly not cut out for the culinary/restaurant industry. I like job stability and normal hours. So sue me.
